I think Zidane's move was the dumbest thing I have ever seen in sports! Let me know if I've forgotten something worse. Zidane's insanity has certainly not improved my view of the French. It is sad to see such a great player go out that way, but let's be honest, I could not have picked him out of a lineup before the "incident."
Now it's time to forget about soccer for another four years.

And now he is named the MVP of the tournament. HOw crazy is that? He was their best penalty kicker and he got tossed out. May have cost them the championship.
What Artest did in Detroit was pretty dumb but on less of an important stage.
Let's face it though, only one guy missed his penalty kick and that made the big difference. It was neck and neck the whole match.
I read somewhere that most of the votes for MVP were cast before half-time. I think few would have complained if there was a re-vote.
This world cup made me hate the floppers of the NBA (i.e. Ginobli, Duncan) a little bit less. Has it always been that bad, or is it a relatively new phenomenon?
Do you think someone in France will off Zidane? I bet he won't be making many public appearances in the near future.

How far were you from the explosion?
Mike Tyson biting off Evander Holyfield's ear is probably the worst. At least only a few saw Tyson do it LIVE as opposed to millions watching the World Cup Final.
