What would be worst thing that would have happened if the shrimp actually hit him? I would have caught it in my mouth...take that Benihanna. I ain't scared.
Wanna stop these kinda lawsuits? Make the plaintiffs pay up front for potential court costs to be refunded in full if they win the case.

ya know lawsuits like these are the number one thing i got "made fun of" for being an American while in Germany. Even before having Bush as president... ha
